Many people use January to reboot their lifestyles, changing habits to live healthier. It’s a time to begin a new exercise regime or to alter diets, and SL Controls is getting into the spirit with a Healthy Scavenger Hunt for employees.
The Healthy Scavenger Hunt is a competition where the winning employee will receive a voucher to spend on fitness clothes/equipment or a gym membership.
To win, employees must submit pictures of five items they have found in the workplace. This includes:
- A healthy snack
- An SL water bottle being filled at the water cooler
- An SL Mindfulness Cube in someone’s hand
- An employee doing physical exercise
- A group or team lunchtime walk
The competition runs throughout January and is part of our Live Well at SL and Think Well at SL initiatives.
