SL Controls today presented a cheque for €500 to Carraroe National School in Sligo. The school plans to use the money to help buy a new football net. The presentation of the donation took place at the school’s assembly this morning.
The donation is part of SL Controls’ Share the Love campaign. This campaign involved getting nominations from employees in our Sligo office for local causes in the Sligo area to support. These nominations were shortlisted to three, with the three contenders going to a vote. Carraroe NS came out on top.
The next Share the Love campaign will focus on local causes close to another of our regional offices, Galway. We’ll publish more details on that soon.
