Role Brief
The successful candidate will work with SL Controls, a leading systems integrator of manufacturing solutions into the Pharma, Med Device, Biotech and Life Sciences industries.
You will work on solving complex problems and developing software solutions to meet the needs of unique and bespoke projects in the exciting and thriving Pharma, Med Device, Biotech and Life Sciences sectors.
You will build software solutions across a range of technologies that enhance the lives of patients and play a key role in improving the quality of life of millions of people globally.
Projects can be team based or individual in nature depending upon the specific solution requirement and end user client. You will have the opportunity to contribute at all stages of the project life cycle.
Skills Brief
- Software developers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a development role in a technology led sector will be considered
- Candidates with higher level coding and developments skills in the likes of C#, VB, .NET, SQL Server, Python and others will be considered
- Web App development experience in areas such as HTML, JavaScript and WPF will also be considered
- You should be a strong problem solver comfortable working in a layered environment where you will collaborate with both colleagues and client representatives regularly
- You should have excellent analytical and data skills
- The ability to build relationships and communicate in a professional and polished manner is a must
- GMP experience is a bonus
Person Brief
Candidates must have a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent, with emphasis in software development with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in industry.
High Level Language & database experience
Systems integration experience 1-2 years would be preferable.
Highly accountable, customer facing skills
Comfortable managing varied scope & multiple stakeholders.
PLC exposure a bonus.
Some flexibility in working hours required.
Position can be flexible in location assuming drivers’ licence
