As part of the programme, we distributed posters throughout each of our offices promoting good mental health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">The posters include useful tips on everything from how to be kind to your mind to who you can speak to regarding your mental health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">We conducted a survey as research for the Think Well at SL programme and realised many employees did not know who they can speak to regarding mental health. It is of utmost importance to us to ensure all employees know who they can speak to in relation to mental health whether it be a colleague, manager or a counsellor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">We believe having these posters on the walls throughout our offices will help employees if they are feeling down.
